Initial Consultation
A comprehensive session designed to explore medical history, current concerns, and long-term wellness goals. This is the starting point for building a personalized, integrative care plan.
45 Minute Follow-Up
Scheduled within three months of the first visit, this appointment revisits progress, reviews lab results or treatment responses, and refines the care plan based on current needs.
30 Minute Check-ins
A shorter, focused session offering continued support, space to address changes, and guidance to stay on track with evolving wellness goals.
