Initial Consultation
A 60-minute session to review your health history, current concerns, and long-term goals. Together, we'll outline an integrative care plan with personalized healing strategies.
3 Month Check-In
Recommended if starting new medications or short-term strategies. We’ll review progress, lab results, and adjust your plan as needed.
Follow-Up Visits
Flexible, as-needed sessions (30–60 minutes) to address new concerns or continue care. Offered anytime—no set schedule required.
